Where applicable, refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) working days from the date of payment.

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Whether the service has already been delivered or initiated

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase:

  • One-to-one consultation calls
  • Mentorship or strategy sessions already conducted
  • Digital resources, documents, or recordings once shared
  • Custom counselling or advisory services
  • Services partially or fully delivered

Non-refundability will be clearly communicated before payment confirmation.

Reattempt of Entrance Examination:

In case a student decides to reattempt the entrance examination in the following academic year, the services already availed under SREC Education will continue for the next year, subject to the same scope and validity of the original plan.

In such cases, no refund will be applicable, as the services will be carried forward and extended to support the student in their repeat attempt.

The continuation of services is intended to ensure uninterrupted guidance, mentorship, and academic support for the student until the completion of the counselling or guidance period.

Refundable Services (If Applicable)

Certain products or plans may be eligible for refunds within the 7-working-day window only if:

  • No service delivery has started
  • No resources or sessions have been accessed
  • The request complies with the stated terms at purchase

Eligibility conditions will be disclosed on the payment page or invoice.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from approval and credited back to the original payment method used.

Cancellation by SREC

SREC reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a service in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per internal review.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes raised without following this policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Permanent account restrictions
  • Legal or recovery action where applicable
Important: Always contact our support team before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks.

No Cash Refunds

All refunds, if approved, will be processed only to the original mode of payment. Cash refunds are not permitted.
