SREC Individual Referral Program
Terms & Conditions for Independent Referrers
- The Individual Referral Program is open to independent individuals who refer prospective students to SREC.
- All referrals must be submitted through SREC's prescribed referral process to be considered valid.
- Referral incentives shall be applicable only upon successful student enrollment and confirmation by SREC.
- Incentive amounts, payout structure, and payment timelines shall be governed by SREC's prevailing referral policy.
- SREC reserves the right to approve, reject, or invalidate any referral at its sole discretion.
- Participation in this program does not constitute an employment, agency, or partnership relationship with SREC.
- SREC may amend, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
SREC Institutional Referral Program
Terms & Conditions for Educational Institutions
- The Institutional Referral Program is applicable to registered educational institutions entering into a formal arrangement with SREC.
- All referrals must comply with SREC's institutional referral guidelines and required documentation.
- Referral incentives shall be released only after successful student enrollment and verification by SREC.
- Incentive structures, volume-based benefits, and payment schedules shall be governed by mutually agreed terms.
- Institutions shall act solely as referral partners and shall not represent themselves as agents of SREC unless expressly authorized in writing.
- SREC reserves the right to audit referrals and related records to ensure compliance.
- The program is subject to modification or termination in accordance with SREC policies and applicable laws.
