SREC is an education consulting and advisory platform with expertise across multiple professional programs. Our primary focus (70%) is on medical and medical sciences, while we also provide guidance (30%) for other professional programs.

SREC:

• Does not sell seats
• Does not act as an admission authority
• Does not guarantee admission, rank, score, college, visa, or outcome
• Does not offer paid e-learning or LMS services

All services provided are advisory and supportive in nature.

By using SREC services, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into an agreement
• Information provided by you is accurate and truthful
• You are using services for lawful purposes only

Parents or guardians may act on behalf of students where applicable.

Users agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information
• Follow instructions related to counselling and processes
• Respect timelines and communication guidelines
• Not misuse, copy, resell, or misrepresent SREC services or content

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

All recommendations, predictions, insights, or opinions shared by SREC are based on experience, publicly available information, and data shared by users.

Final decisions regarding admissions, exams, payments, counselling choices, and visas are made solely by:

• Students and parents
• Universities and colleges
• Counselling bodies
• Government or regulatory authorities

SREC shall not be held responsible for outcomes resulting from these decisions.

Certain services offered by SREC are paid.

• Fees will be disclosed prior to payment
• Payment implies acceptance of service scope
• Some services may be non-refundable (refer Refund Policy)
• All revenue comes from consultancy services only

SREC reserves the right to revise pricing at any time.

SREC reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue services
• Update content, structure, or delivery models
• Introduce or remove features

Such changes may occur without prior notice.

All website content, materials, frameworks, processes, designs, and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Sai Ram Education Consultants.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

SREC may reference third-party websites, tools, or institutions for informational purposes. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their practices.

SREC shall not be liable for:

• Admission denials
• Academic or exam outcomes
• Financial losses
• Delays caused by institutions or authorities
• Decisions taken based on advisory inputs

Use of services is at the user's own discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
